ONE YEAR WARRANTY

 

Silver Machine Inc. offers a “One Year Limited Warranty” on products sold to the original customer, against defective parts and motors caused by the manufacturer.

 

This warranty does not cover the labour charges involved in installing, fixing and replacing the defective parts or motors and/or expenses involved in returning the defective parts or motors to Silver Machine Inc. under this warranty.

 

This warranty does not apply to defects or damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, fire, floods, acts of God, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, lack of maintenance, improper operation, or normal wear of the item during reasonable and foreseeable uses.

 

Silver Machine Inc. shall in no event be liable for death, personal injury, property damages, or for incidental, contingent, and special or consequential damages, arising from the use of its products.

 

Please follow the procedures listed below for submitting defective parts to Silver Machine Inc. under this warranty.

 

 WARRANTY PROCEDURES

 

1. First, contact Silver Machine Inc. to obtain a ‘Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #)’ for the part(s) to be  returned under the warranty before shipping the part(s).

 

2. Then, return the item to Silver Machine Inc. at freight prepaid, accompanied with your proof of purchase and the RMA number.

 

3. Warranty item(s) must be received before delivery of the replacement part(s).

 

4. Any warranty item(s) returned by sending C.O.D. and/or without a RMA number will be rejected.

 

5. If inspection on the returned item(s) reveals defect(s) that is acceptable to Silver Machine Inc., we will either repair or replace (at Silver Machine Inc.’s option) the item and return the corrected item at our expenses.

 

RETURNS

 

 MERCHANDISE RETURNED FOR REFUND IS SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING CHARGE.

 

1. First, contact Silver Machine Inc. to obtain a ‘Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #)’ for the item intended to be returned for refund, within 15 days of purchase.

 

2. All returned items must be in its original packing material, unused and in resalable condition, and freight prepaid.

 

3. Any returned items sent by C.O.D. or without a RMA number will be rejected.

 

 FREIGHT DAMAGED GOODS

 

 THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY FREIGHT DAMAGES INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT.

 

 It is the customer’s responsibility to file any and all claims with the freight carrier.

 

 NOTIFICATION

 

1. Any modifications that are required as a result of local or provincial inspection programs, laws or rules, are the responsibility of the purchaser, and at his or her own expenses.

 

2. Silver Machine Inc. shall have no obligation or liability to the purchaser in relation to whatever damages or losses claimed to be caused by installing, operating, fixing, repairing, or maintenance of the purchased machine.
